1 General Provisions and Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the kg999 platform and all services connected to it. "Platform" refers to the kg999 website, mobile application, and all its subdomains or related services. "User" refers to any person who accesses the platform, whether or not they have completed registration.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between the user and kg999. By accessing the platform, registering, or using any service, the user gives their full consent to abide by these Terms.

1.1 Changes to the Terms

kg999 reserves the right to amend or change these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will take effect from the moment they are published. It is the user's responsibility to review this page regularly.

2 Eligibility and Registration

To open an account on the kg999 platform and use its services, the following conditions must be met:

• The user must be at least 21 years of age and legally eligible to participate in such activities.
• Each person may open only one account. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be true, accurate and complete.
• The user must register under their own name — registration on behalf of another person or under a false name is not acceptable.

2.1 Account Verification

kg999 may at any time request a national ID card, passport or other government-issued document to verify a user's identity. The right to suspend an account temporarily if verification is not completed is reserved.

2.2 Account Security

The user is responsible for keeping their account password and login details confidential. Any unauthorised access to the account must be reported to kg999 immediately. The user bears responsibility for any loss arising from third-party use of their account.

3 Financial Transactions and Payment Policy

All financial transactions on kg999 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The following payment methods are supported for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank and other major Bangladeshi banks).

3.1 Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 — this limit applies to every payment method.
• The user must deposit from a payment account registered in their own name.
• Sending funds through a third party or from an unknown source is prohibited.
• Deposit funds may not be used until they are reflected in the actual account balance.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Processing a request generally takes 10–45 minutes.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Before withdrawing funds earned from a bonus, the wagering requirement must be met (see Section 4).
• If account verification has not been completed, a withdrawal request may be held pending.

4 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

kg999 offers new users a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200, and to withdraw this bonus the total wagering required is ৳1,200 × 20 = ৳24,000.

4.1 Wagering Requirements

For bonus funds to become withdrawable, the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times. If only the initial deposit portion is withdrawn without completing the wagering requirement, the bonus balance will be forfeited.

4.2 Bonus Usage Restrictions

• The same person may not use a bonus through multiple accounts.
• A bonus may apply only to specific games or bet types — the specific terms of each offer will be communicated separately.
• A bonus cannot be transferred to another person as cash.
• kg999 reserves the right to cancel a bonus for any reason, particularly in cases of a breach of terms.

5 VIP Program and Weekly Cashback

kg999's VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver and Gold. Each tier comes with a weekly cashback benefit, calculated based on that week's net losses.

• Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver — up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold — up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

Example: if a Silver tier member's weekly net loss is ৳20,000, they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.5% = ৳100 cashback — which is the maximum amount for that tier.

5.1 Tier Upgrade Conditions

VIP tiers are upgraded based on regular activity and consistent participation. The specific turnover conditions may change from time to time and will be communicated separately within the account.

5.2 Cashback Payment Rules

Weekly cashback is added to the account at the start of each week based on the previous week's figures. The cashback amount can be withdrawn directly and carries no additional wagering requirement.

6 Prohibited Activities and Code of Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kg999 platform and may result in account closure and balance forfeiture:

• Operating an account using another person's identity or information.
• Opening multiple accounts to claim a bonus or promotional benefit more than once.
• Playing or placing bets with the help of bots, automated software or artificial intelligence.
• Using funds obtained from illegal sources on the platform.
• Fraudulent or deceptive activity against other users.
• Attempting to interfere with the platform's software or systems.

6.1 Account Termination Authority

If any of the above violations or other suspected fraudulent activity is detected, kg999 may temporarily or permanently close the account pending investigation. If there is an objection to this decision, the support team should be contacted.

7 Responsible Gaming Policy

kg999 believes that all gaming activity should be conducted responsibly. Users are encouraged to set their own limits before playing.

9.1 Dispute Resolution Process

If there is a dispute regarding a transaction, bonus or game result, contact the support team first. The deadline for raising a dispute is within 30 days of the incident. Claims made after this period may not be accepted.

In any dispute, the decision of kg999's management will be considered final. However, the support team always reviews each complaint in a fair and transparent manner.

10 Intellectual Property and Content Rights

All content displayed on the kg999 platform — games, graphics, logos, software, text and other elements — is protected under the intellectual property rights of kg999 or the relevant licensors.

• Copying, distributing or publishing any content from the platform without permission is prohibited.
• Game content is protected under the intellectual property of the respective studios and may only be used within the platform.
• Third parties may not use the kg999 brand name or logo for any purpose.

11 Limitation of Liability

kg999 is not liable for losses caused by technical issues, network outages or third parties. It is not possible to guarantee that the platform will always be available without interruption, but every effort is made to resolve any outage as quickly as possible.

11.1 Unforeseen Circumstances

kg999 will not be held liable if the service is disrupted due to natural disasters, government directives, cyberattacks or any other unforeseen circumstances. Users will be informed as quickly as possible in such situations.

12 General Application of the Terms

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unlawful, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect. These Terms supersede all previous oral or written agreements between the user and kg999 and constitute the sole binding agreement between them.
